You will learn to bake a variety of cakes using different mixing methods. The majority of the class will be demonstration with tastings provided. Recipes will include; Carrot, Chocolate, Vanilla Bean and Red Velvet along with a seasonal recipe. This is a great class for the beginner baker or the experienced baker who wants to learn more about a variety of scratch cake recipes. Recipes will be provided.
